Buy with Credit Card / Bank Account / PayPal

Before you can be able to buy cigarettes with bitcoin, you should have BITCOIN or Purchase them first if you dont have.

You can purchase with the blockchain.com wallet, users can buy crypto with a credit card or bank transfer. Currently it is allowed in about half the states (not New York)

States where you can buy with Blockchain app:

Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, Wyoming. 

For the other states, people can use an exchange like Coinbase.com, Kraken.com, or Gemini.

It’s pretty easy to verify, they just need a driver’s license + debit card (or bank account)

For people without bank accounts:

a common thing here in the states is a BTC ATM, like Coinstar and LibertyX.

With the ATM method they just download a plain Bitcoin wallet (e.g. https://electrum.org/ or https://www.blockchain.com/wallet), find a machine near to them (https://coinatmradar.com), buy the coin with cash, and send it to their wallet.

Every method requires some verification/KYC, but it’s not really a big deal. Most people have some form of ID.

The only way to buy crypto with no verification is to either know somebody who has some already or by finding a low key seller on https://localbitcoins.com
