Refund Policy

  1. Returns

Our policy last for 2 days. If after 2 days of order delivery, unfortunately we won’t offer you a refund or exchange product.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as bongs, chillums, any glass product or clay items. We also do not accept products that are used or open.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice)

Any item not  in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons which our not our responsibility.

2. Damaged items (by courier)

If your item(s) is damaged by courier, we take 4 to 8 days to change it and dispatch order again. If you don’t require the item anymore and wish to cancel your order, we will cancel the order and proccess a refund of your money which can take between 21 to 56 days or less depending on the transaction status.

3. Refund (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days as per bank policy.

Late or missing refunds (If applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is settled.

Contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Sale items (If applicable)

Only regular price items may be refunded, unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.

5. Exchange (If applicable)

We only replace items if they are defected or damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@smokepopsi.com and ask for the delivery address where you can ship the item back.
